COOKS
- Work with a dynamic kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Assist with prep, service, and maintaining quality standards
- Experience in kitchens is an asset
HOST & SUPPORT STAFF
- Be the first point of contact for guests
- Manage reservations and seating flow
- Keep service organized and welcoming
- Support servers in delivering fantastic guest service
SERVERS
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Take orders, run food and beverages, and manage sections
- Wine knowledge is a bonus (but we’ll help you learn)
FARM LABOURERS
- Outdoor labour work in vineyard and around property
- Must have drivers license
- Must be able to operate small heavy equipment: tractor, forklift

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic; team players who support each other
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and peak season shifts.
