Our chefs authentically prepare Italian and Latin inspired dishes using locally sourced meats from Oulton’s Farm from across the road, right here in Hants County, and cheeses from local Italian cheesemaker, Cirro, owner of Roma Cheeses.

Our Story

Bent Ridge Winery has been rooted in Hants County, Nova Scotia since 2018. Located in the heart of the Avon Valley, across from Ski Martock in Windsor, Bent Ridge is the closest winery to the HRM and represents the gateway to Nova Scotia’s renowned Annapolis Valley wine country.

Inspired entirely by Glenn and his wife Meghan’s love of travel and Latin culture, Bent Ridge Winery’s thoughtful dining space and décor exude an authentic old-world atmosphere while the beautifully laid out property captures the essence and beauty of a Tuscan sunset.

Every Thursday, we light fire to wood mid-afternoon in our hand-built Argentinian hearth. The smoking embers burn and are used to heat and cook the meats to perfection.
