Bent Ridge Winery is gearing up for our busiest season yet — and we’re looking for energetic, reliable, and positive people to join our team.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love great food and wine, and enjoy working with a fun and vibrant crew, we want to hear from you.

COOKS

  • Work with a dynamic kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Assist with prep, service, and maintaining quality standards
  • Experience in kitchens is an asset

HOST & SUPPORT STAFF

  • Be the first point of contact for guests
  • Manage reservations and seating flow
  • Keep service organized and welcoming
  • Support servers in delivering fantastic guest service

SERVERS

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Take orders, run food and beverages, and manage sections
  • Wine knowledge is a bonus (but we’ll help you learn)

FARM LABOURERS

  • Outdoor labour work in vineyard and around property
  • Must have drivers license
  • Must be able to operate small heavy equipment: tractor, forklift

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic; team players who support each other
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and peak season shifts.
