Ally Fiola is an award-nominated saxophonist, film composer, and visionary bandleader from Nova Scotia whose work spans the worlds of jazz, funk, orchestral composition, and screen music. 

At the helm of her dynamic ensemble The Next Quest, Ally crafts groove-driven jazz infused with quirky melodies, infectious rhythms, and the vibrant spirit of New Orleans brass, soul, and funk traditions. Her emotionally charged writing has earned acclaim, including a nomination at the 2022 Marvin Hamlisch International Music Awards and multiple nods from Music Nova Scotia.
