Augusto Enriquez & Silvio Pupo
Augusto is a singer, composer, artistic and recording producer, band leader, educator, and conductor.,He has sung with some internationally recognized artists such as Luciano Pavarotti, Sting, James Brown, Miriam Makeba, Andrea Bocelli and Omara Portuondo to name a few.
He directed his own big band for more than 10 years on tours of Cuba, Italy, Spain, France, Japan, the United States and Dubai among other countries. Auxiliary professor of singing and performance for more than five years in the NSCC music program, he has his own singing studio and is the conductor and artistic director of the choir “Annapolis Voices”.
Born in Cuba, now residing in Canada. Silvio Pupo studied classical piano for more than 12 years at the Professional School of Music in Holguin Cuba. Currently living in Atlantic Canada, “Simply put, Silvio plays beautifully. His technical finesse on the piano and his compositions where borders have no meaning are inspiring.”
Mitchell McFadgen Trio
Mitchell McFadgen Trio is a modern jazz group based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Led by electric guitarist Mitchell McFadgen from Cape Breton, the trio explores creative improvisation and lyrical melodies inspired by artists like Bill Frisell, Brad Mehldau, and Julian Lage.
The band features Tyler MacDonald (drums), also from Cape Breton, and Orion Leidl Wilson (electric bass), hailing from Wolfville, Nova Scotia. Together, they blend their Atlantic Canadian roots with a contemporary jazz sensibility, performing original compositions and reimagined standards.
Victor Fraser
Halifax, Nova Scotia is the home of guitarist Victor Fraser. Trained in the Classical literature for guitar Victor combines his proficiency in diverse styles such as Ragtime, Celtic, Rock and Pop to engage and entertain listeners. He is a founding member of Nova Scotia Celtic Trio “Celtic Rant” and one half on Classical Guitar Duo “Con Spirito Duo”. Victor delights his audiences with solo performances of Celtic Flat Picking, Fingerstyle, and Traditional Song.
Kim Doolittle
Her Muse is inspired by being a Lifetime Musician and documenting every step of it with her Original Music. She is releasing a Greatest Hits, 50 Years a Singer, in May of 2025 and following up with a Full Studio Album in September. Her road has taken her full circle to her Maritime Roots with her Homecoming to The Annapolis Valley in 2020. Mark the date. This Soulful Singer has a story to tell through song, and then some.
Behrooz Mihankhah Duo
Behrooz Mihankhah is an Iranian Canadian, ECMA-nominated composer, and pianist based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Inspired by his migrations through Iran, India and finally to Canada, Behrooz fuses various musical traditions, compositional techniques, and improvisational schools of thought and brings together listeners of various backgrounds.
His debut album “Lydium” was nominated in the jazz category of East Coast Music Awards as well as Music Nova Scotia. Behrooz was the 2023 recipient of Upstream’s Paul Cram Creation Award, composing a new work for orchestra “A Gorgon’s Tale” performed by Symphony Nova Scotia at the Open Waters Festival 2022.
